    The outdoor pool and spa made for perfect relaxation spots after a busy day. The only small downside was that the pool closed a bit early, so plan your swims accordingly 😊

    I loved this place and would be happy to recommend.

    Stayed here for 5 nights and didn't feel like leaving. The place was neat with a very professional and competent staff who is amazing in terms of customer service. The location was peaceful and pleasant and I could use private parking on-site. The restaurant was MAGNIFICENT.

    The location is excellent, with friendly staff who provide great service. The king room with pool view wasnice and neat, and the ability to request traditional Kerala dishes from the chefs was a good touch. The restaurant service was lacking at times. There were delays and mix-ups with orders, which dampened the dining experience. The reception team was apologetic but the restaurant staff's attentiveness did not meet expectations.

    Fabulous and fairly clean place to stay in, it has helpful staff who is amazing in terms of customer service. The room is nicely furnished and neat and with a mini bar fridge, tea/coffee making equipment and a seating area.

    One highlight was the buffet breakfast. It offered a great spread of continental and traditional options, and I watched my kid dive into pancakes like it was their first time seeing sugar. Another nice experience was the service at the restaurant, Godwin and Nur treated us like royalty, never missed a request and always had a smile.

    It was a bit pricey, but for what we got, it was still a reasonable experience.

    Absolutely loved the warm hospitality of the staff, especially in the cafe where the snacks were delicious! The only downside was the pool needing better cleanliness. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay 😊

    during my stay, I loved being just under 2 km from the beautiful Thiruvambadi Krishna Shrine, made my morning strolls good, and exploring the lush Thekkinkadu Maidan, located only about 4 km away, was a highlight of my trip.
